Managing the Trash bin.
Deleting: Select a file and click the Trash icon. Files are moved to the "Deleted Files" tab.
Restoring: Navigate to the "Deleted Files" section (Trash bin) to restore accidentally deleted items.
Permanent Deletion: Files in the trash may be permanently removed after a set retention period (e.g., 30 days) or manually purged.
