Can businesses remove bad reviews? No. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. We believe in preserving the integrity of the consumer's voice.
When DO we remove reviews? We will remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy:
Hate Speech: Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, etc.
Conflict of Interest: Reviews written by employees, competitors, or family members of the business owner.
Spam: Promotional content, links to other sites, or gibberish.
Privacy Violations: Posting private names, phone numbers, or addresses of employees.
